Find a group near you

We have hundreds of local action groups across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Use the search bar to find one near you and get in touch. If you're looking for a group in Scotland, head to foe.scot

Each group has the freedom to set its own priorities and agendas, and group actions can range from lobbying local representatives on greener transport solutions to planting more trees in the neighbourhood.

Similarly, the roles in each group vary depending on what's needed. We encourage you to email your nearest group to find out how you can contribute.

No! We'll offer you training and resources to help you with your campaigning. And if you have any particular skillsets you think may benefit the group, let them know. For example:

  • Photography
  • Email writing
  • Social media
  • Organisational skills, etc.
