The Kale Yeah! rebalanced menu guide is a practical tool. It helps caterers to reduce meat, fish and dairy and boost veg, pulses and other plant-based options, while still providing customers with delicious dishes.

We've adapted a standard menu in 3 different ways to cut the use of animal products by over 20% and 50%.

We encourage caterers to source the remaining meat, fish and dairy on menus to higher animal welfare and environmental standards.
